This page should tell you everything you need to know about Goodland Outdoors No Hassle Returns Policy. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
No Hassle Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving your delivery. Please contact us at CustomerService@GoodlandOutdoors.com to discuss your issue so we can find a way to resolve your problem.
You (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You must return the items in the original packaging. Refunds or credits will be processed after the item has been successfully returned. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
Heavy, over size items and watercraft may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Items or promotions marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returned hunting calls. Defective hunting calls should be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
Please note: Some orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages. If you receive part but not all of your order, feel free to email us c/o CustomerService@GoodlandOutdoors.com and we will check the status of your order for you. In most cases, the remaining items will arrive within a few days.
If you notice any damage when your delivery arrives, you should make note of it immediately including when signing for the delivery, if applicable. If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos to CustomerService@GoodlandOutdoors.com and we will take appropriate action.
If you have not received your order within the timeframe specified on the tracking information or as indicated on your your confirmation email, please email us c/o CustomerService@GoodlandOutdoors.com and we will take appropriate action.
If your delivery arrives and you believe it is not what you ordered please email us c/o CustomerService@GoodlandOutdoors.com and we will take appropriate action.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee or 25% restocking fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for all return shipping charges. If an item has shipped, any refund will be processed after the item has been returned. If your order has not shipped, we will simply cancel the order for you and refund your payment less the appropriate fee.
