We ship to most regular postal addresses in the 48 continental US states. In some cases we cannot ship to post office boxes or general delivery addresses. If you are ordering an item as a gift and the shipping address is far from the location where you ordered the item or the shipping address is far from your billing address, we may contact you to confirm order details.
When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system, your payment has been successful and we have either processed the order from our in-stock inventory or contacted our suppliers and/or logistics partners to arrange for delivery.
Orders will normally ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order. Shipping times vary by region. Most orders are delivered within 4-7 days from the order date, however deliveries of heavy or over sized items may take 2-3 weeks when using standard shipping. Whenever possible, we will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us c/o CustomerService@GoodlandOutdoors.com.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos to CustomerService@GoodlandOutdoors.com and we will take appropriate action.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee or 25% restocking fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for all return shipping charges. If an item has shipped, any refund will be processed after the item has been returned. If your order has not shipped, we will simply cancel the order for you and refund your payment less the appropriate fee.
Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally there are discrepancies between our inventory records and up-to-the-minute sales totals. This can mean that an item may be temporarily out of stock or backordered. If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible in order to determine the best way to proceed. There are no cancellation or restocking fees if you wish to cancel an order that is determined to be out of stock after you made your purchase.
Returns and & Refunds:
Unless otherwise specified on the product listing and/or checkout page, you can return your purchase within 7 days after receiving your delivery.
